Payment Mode: Payments can be remitted through any of the following mode and is subject to realization in our company account as below:

  1. Online Bank Transfers – Through NEFT Transfer [By Adding Account or via Bank]
  2. Cheque Deposit  –  in favour of  “Golden India Journeys Pvt. Ltd.” payable as below details
  3. Cash Deposit – NOT ALLOWED 100% penalty for receiving cash over Rs.2 lakh or more, warns I-T Dept

PAYMENTS POLICY:-

  1. Requested Amount to process your booking : INR 5,000, need to be deposit to process your booking.(Domestic)
  2. At confirmation: 50% (Advance) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation
  3. At Reconfirmation:  75% (2nd installment) should be deposited 30 – 15 days before tour starts
  4. (Pay Rest Due payment to get Service Voucher: At the time of arrival at destination(only in Domestic packages.)
  5. Golden India Journeys Pvt. Ltd. would require 90 % advance at the time of confirmation of the package and the balance 10 days prior to the departure (Inbound and Outbound Tour Package ).

NOTE- Flight Tickets, group departures and promotional offers will be proceed for booking only after full payment and is subject to availability .

BOOKING PROCEDURE:-

1) All booking request for the packages has to be sent to us only by writing e-mail after depositing requested amount with scan copy of the transaction slip or the reference number.  

2) Details required for Confirmation.

Please provide the following details along with your booking request:

A. Clients or Group Name.

B. Total No of people along with adult sharing the rooms and child with or without bed.

C. Date of Arrival and Departure with flight/train details).

3) Reference No: As soon as we receive a booking request a file no. will be sent to you, please note the same for future correspondence.

4) Re-Confirmation: All bookings should to be reconfirmed with us minimum 15 – 10 days prior to the date of arrival along with confirmed arrival details, failure on which will be considered as cancellation.

5) Service Voucher: The client has to carry an “Exchange Service Voucher” issued by the “Golden India Journeys Pvt. Ltd.” which will be provided to the guest which need to carry while travel.

CANCELLATION POLICY:-

  1. Cancellation charges of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.
  2. Cancellation charges of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 15 to 7 days from the date of arrival.
  3. Cancellation charges of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within week to the date of arrival.
  4. If booking is cancelled 30 days before then per person communication service charges applicable per person 1,000/- INR. Followed by cancellation policy
  5. No shows and early departures- 100% of the entire Package.
  6. Cancellation charges of 100% for Non Refundable Flights.
  7. Cancellation charges of Refundable Flights will be as per airline including our service, communication and other charge.
  8. Advance paid to the airlines/hotels/DMC to hold inventory is non refundable
  9. All amendments will be depending on Supplier/Hotel/Airlines etc. policy on such matters.
  10. In any pandemic situation/Climate crisis etc., Cancellation as charged by third parties
    (Hotel/airlines/DMC) etc. plus GIJ Management Fee

AMENDMENT: –

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

  1. Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
  2. Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.
  3. In Case of non availability of room in chosen hotel then similar hotel category will be given to you.
  4. Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
  5. Golden India Journeys Pvt. Ltd. does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, dinner optional service and your personal expenses  During the Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
  6. Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
  7. Any Natural calamities and strike Golden India Journeys Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for the same.
  8. No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated.
  9. All buffet meal/ Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy.
  10. Group departure, Flight ticket and promotional offer will be issued and proceed only after full payment and subject to availability at the time of booking.
  11. If in odd condition we are fail to provide you any committed service inform us immediately and although if we could not arrange the alternative for that we will compensate for that service only with their amount(our cost to company) only.
  12. The above package cost is calculated at present USD rate and if there is any increment in exchange rate then package cost will be re calculated at the time of final Payment.
  13. Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and will be followed according to the hotel policies.
  14. Shopping and renting alert- please note bargain for the best deal, and get a bill with guarantee card for your purchase.
  15. Pick up time and place can be change according to weather and traffic condition.
  16. Visit of Rohtang Pass/Snow Mountain/Trek/Adventure activity/Night camp  depends on weather condition/Govt. Instruction and subject to availability.
  17. If passengers depart or arrive separate to the group, additional charges will be levied
  18. If the hotel is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard.
  19. The above quotation is based on the hotel stated above and is dependent on availability at the time of reservations.
  20. City Tax/ Green Tax/ Tourism Fee to be paid directly to the hotel by clients as per Government’s regulation of specified destinations/ countries.
  21. All Hotels do not have AC/Iron/Wi-fi/tea/coffee making facility in room. The same differs hotel to hotel and city to city.
  22. Tour cost is subject to change with respect to any sudden increase in visa charges, airfare, taxes and/or any other cost factor that is not within Foxtrav Hospitality control at the time of giving this cost.
  23. The passport must be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of return for overseas/Foreign Travels.
  24. Any change in the number of passengers would lead to a change in the cost.
  25. Carry a govt. issue ID proof of your identity bearing your name, Photo, age, address, and blood group.
  26. We are not holding any reservations for the above booking/group. Confirmation is subject to availability on clients preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost.
  27. Low-cost Carriers/flights (Indigo, Spice-Jet, Go-Air, Air-Asia, Vistara & Air-India Express Etc.) ticket cost is dynamic & non-refundable hence need to make 100% payment to the airlines in advance which will be nonrefundable.
  28. The names with Id’s/passports of all qualifiers need to give to GIJ Pvt Ltd one month prior to the date of departure or at the time of confirmation (Whichever is less)
  29. Tour cost is subject to change with respect to any sudden increase in visa charges, airfare, taxes and/or any other cost factor that is not within GIJ Pvt Ltd control at the time of giving this cost.

  31. Any incidental expenses not mentioned in “Package Includes” column, will have to be paid directly.
  32. If insurance provided that will be subject to terms & conditions based on Issuance company.

  34. The quote does not include any other expenses of personal nature such as Passport charges, portage at hotels, Insurance, POE, wines, mineral water, tips, room service, food & drink, laundry, telephone bills, etc. not specified in the itinerary and anything not specified under ‘Top Value Inclusions”.

DO’S & DON’T
Do’s: –

  • The instructions, timings & guidelines of the Tour Manager are to be followed strictly.
  • Always leave your belongings in a locked hotel room and avoid carrying too many things while going out.
  • Carry a govt. issue ID proof of your identity bearing your name, age, address, and blood group.
  • Extra care to be taken of your baggage in crowded places like stations, restaurants and sightseeing spots.
  • If you are on a regular course of medication, it is advisable to carry an adequate supply of your medicines in your hand luggage along with Doctor’s prescription.
  • The hotel room provided to you might have a Mini-bar in it. One has to pay directly to the hotel for anything consumed out of this bar.
  • ✓ Return your keys at check-out desk.
  • ✓ Settle your extras bill and take a receipt of the same.
  • ✓ Please do ensure that your baggage is with the bell Desk.

Don’ts

  • Stay away from strangers and do not trust any person blindly.
  • Do not leave any valuables in the hotel room or in the bus. Please use lockers provided in hotels for this purpose else carry them on your person. Whenever you leave your room, please lock your baggage.
  • Avoid Drug peddlers or any stranger.
  • Avoid taking food from strangers as the food might be drugged.
  • Do not encourage beggars.
  • Do not point your finger at any person. It is taken as a sign of annoyance.
  • Don’t accept offers of visiting anyone’s home unless you are confident of the person.
  • Do not consume alcohol during the sightseeing tours.
  • Do not – try to break queues, bargain in fixed price shops, littering, and misusing hotel amenities.
  • Do not get into any unnecessary quarrel or contradictions with the locals.
  • Smoking is prohibited at all times in the Vehicles.

Important Points – During Tour

  • Last but not the least; the following important points should be followed in order to avoid any sort of
    inconvenience during the tour:
    Do collect a hotel Card, which will have the Hotel Address in Local Language which will be of great help to
    you in case you get lost.
  • Take care of your own baggage while check-in/check-out at the hotel and traveling by coach ensure that you
    have seen your luggage going into the baggage hold of the coach.
  • Carry enough money for per day expenses, which is mandatory as per low/rule to foreign travel.
  • It is advisable to leave tips/gratuities for restaurant staff, coach drivers and guides as this is a custom prevalent
    in these countries. We request you to kindly pack your luggage as well as settle your extras with the hotel the
    one day/night prior to departure as this will facilitate easy check out.
  • Take care of the hotel property to avoid penalty, which is very harsh. When using the Hotel services and room
    amenities please keep in mind that the Beverages that you use from the mini bar; telephone calls and laundry
    and any other expenses of personal nature are extras and to be paid by you.
  • The following offenses are penalized by Law: Eating and drinking in coaches, smoking in public places, Traffic
    violations, indecent behavior in public, Shoplifting, Spitting etc.
  • The above-mentioned costs are indicative in nature. The final cost would be communicated at the time of
    confirmation of the package.
